General Delivery Information
We aim to print and deliver worldwide orders within 4-7 working days of receiving payment. We endeavour to deliver in advance of these guidelines, however, please be aware that sometimes circumstances beyond our control may affect a prompt arrival. You will receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been despatched; our courier that can deliver any time up until 5pm.
Your custom wallpaper will be packaged in rigid 1.4 metre long cardboard tubes with extra care taken to ensure that each wall mural is securely packed. We also include a set of hanging instructions, but just in case you’re not sure, you can also take a look at our installation video on how to install your wall mural here. In the unlikely event that your wall mural appears damaged upon delivery, we ask that you sign for the goods as damaged so we can get a replacement sent out to you straight away. Please note: All orders made after 3pm will be processed the following day.
Customs fees and duties are not something we have any control over as the manufacturer and retailer; they are set by the local authorities in each respective country and are normally determined by the value of the goods amongst other factors. As the importer of the goods, it is each customers’ responsibility to check if any customs fees or duties are payable and if so, we cannot accept any liability for this.
We take special care when producing every order that comes to us, and all the stages involved during the completion of your order have been created to limit the chance of any problems occurring, and each stage has strict quality control procedures in place to limit any problems arising with orders.
In the unlikely event that your wallpaper arrives damaged or there is a problem, simply contact our team, and we will do our utmost to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. We will request images of your mural to make an initial assessment, and if appropriate we will pay for a courier to collect your mural. In most cases, if there is a problem we can solve it immediately with a replacement sent on a next day delivery service to you. You will need to contact us within 30 days.
Due to our products being custom made to fit each customer’s wall size, we’re unable to have goods returned to us simply because of a change of mind or plan, this is because we cannot re-use anything we produce. Please note that once a mural installed we can’t accept any returns for any reason. Under no circumstances can we compensate installation fees from third parties or take responsibility for installation errors.
